1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All purchases made on DigitalBundlesWorld.com are for instant digital downloads, not physical items.

Because the files are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product selection

  • Lack of required software (if mentioned on the product page)

  • Download issues caused by user’s device or internet

  • Not understanding the product before purchase (if the description was clear)

2. Refunds May Be Considered Only If

We may provide a refund ONLY in the following rare cases:

A. Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice due to a technical error, we will initiate a refund for the extra charge.

B. Product Not Received

If you did not receive the product even after successful payment, you must contact us with:

  • You downloaded the files but claim you no longer want them

  • You are unable to operate tools like Canva, PowerPoint, etc.

4. Exchange Policy

Since our products are digital, we do not offer exchanges for:

  • Different products

  • Updated versions

  • New bundles released later

However, if you received the wrong product by mistake, we will replace it immediately.
